A bumper lays in the street following a crash at 11:14 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of North Main and Livingston streets in Celina. Anthony D. Fast, 28, 601 1/2 W. Wayne St., Celina, was driving southbound on North Main Street when he apparently failed to stop for a red light, according to Celina Police Department reports. His 1998 Oldsmobile was struck by the 2000 Hyundai, in the foreground, driven by Lois A. Herron, 70, 6205 state Route 118, Celina. Police cited Fast for a red light violation and both moderately damaged vehicles were towed from the scene. No injuries were reported.
