* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until noon EDT today.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusts of 30 to 40 mph will be common, but the highest gusts near 50 mph will be sporadic. Gusts will decrease behind a cold front that will move through the area this morning.

A group of fourth-graders from St. Henry Elementary School make a presentation to the board of education Monday night for a proposed flower garden. The children and their teacher, Sharon Chatwood, hope to get approval to create the garden on school property as a learning tool for all students.
