* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 630 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 247 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Carthagena, Neptune, Chattanooga and Maria Stein.

Providing manpower for the race

Shawn Moorman hangs on to his daughter, Mikayla, as he begins a contest during NASCAR night on Tuesday, sponsored by Mercer County Head Start/Celina Public Preschool. The course for students and the "male figure in their lives" included carrying the children piggy back, removing and tying their shoes and steering a tire through cones. Other activities included a photo session with a racing truck and refreshments.
