* WHERE...Delaware, Union, Auglaize, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...Until midnight EST tonight.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions.

One of the new welcome banners hangs along Main Street in St. Henry. Last week, village workers hung the new banners on the light poles lining state Routes 118 and 119, adjacent to ones welcoming race fans to Eldora Speedway.
