Visitation bays are pictured in the new Mercer County jail currently under construction west of Celina. Visitors will not meet inmates face-to-face, but instead come to these stalls to view the inmate on a computer screen via a Web camera from the inmate housing area. This will increase security and reduce jail staff who would have had to escort inmates to visitations.
