* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and west central Ohio.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Jail construction

Doug Everman of Celina recently took this picture of the jail construction site along state Route 29 from his recreational flying vehicle. He can get really, good pictures from his powered parachute, which some say looks like a go-cart with a parachute, said a family member. The new $12 million jail is scheduled to open in October.
