The sign, above, at the intersection of Karch Road and state Route 29, has recently come under scrutiny after being erected in late June by members of the Beaver Congregational Christian Church of rural Celina. The Mercer County Engineers Office says the sign was placed in the county's right-of-way and needs to be moved approximately two feet to the west. The action will cost the small congregation several hundred dollars, they say.
