ROCKFORD - A group of residents are putting their heads together to build a new swimming pool complex, perhaps even create a park district to include neighboring communities.
The city of Celina is working on a proposal to add new jobs to its public works department.
"We are looking into creating three positions," Interim Safety Service Director Rick Bachelor said.
Two bids were received last week by Mercer County commissioners for the purchase of recycling trailers to place in Celina and St. Henry.
