Patrice Victoria "Patty" Menchhofer, 50, of 612 Royal Lane, Celina, died at 8:15 a.m. July 30, 2009, at her mother's house in Celina. Death was due to breast cancer.

She was born May 24, 1959, in Celina to Carl "Friday" and Rosella Klosterman Kessler. Her mother survives in Celina; her father is deceased. On May 1, 1998, she married Michael Menchhofer, who survives.

Other survivors are a son, Michael Kale Menchhofer, Celina; three sisters, Marie (Vernon) Eichler, Kathleen (Dick) Denning, and Marlene (Steve) Sommer, all of Celina.

Deceased is a sister, Mary Kessler.

She graduated from Celina High School and became a licensed insurance agent, working with Bruns Gant and Toms Insurance Agency, Celina, since 1984. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, and the Professional Insurance Association.

Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Revs. Richard Riedel, James McCabe and Angelo Caserta officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
  There will be no public viewing.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County.
