Lori B. Jenkinson, 41, of Union City, Ind., died Sept. 1, 2009, at Reid Memorial Hospital, Richmond, Ind. Death was due to natural causes.

She was born Feb. 9, 1968, in Coldwater to the late Hubert Schmitz and Phyllis Meyer Lewis. Her mother survives.

Other survivors are three children, Maggie, Dalton and Elizabeth Jenkinson; step father, W. T. Lewis,all of Union City, Ohio; siblings Nila (Richard) Newton of Salamonie, Ind., Marsha (Greg) Elliott, Union City, Ohio, Mike (Kasey) Schmitz, Celina, Anita (T.J.) Jutte, Fort Recovery, Patty Hunt, Union City, Teresa (Tony) Homan and Denice (Kevin) Bettinger all of Coldwater; stepbrothers and sisters, Bill (Debbie) Lewis of Union City, Ind., Jim Lewis of Florida, Debby Lewis of Tennessee, Joyce (Jerry) Hunt of Winchester, Ind., and Tina (Joe) Cantu of Tennessee.

She was a homemaker.

Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Reichard Funeral Home, Union City, Ind., the Rev. George Hughes officiating. Burial is at Snell Cemetery, Union City.

Calling is Friday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
