* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with numerous roads remaining closed due to high water. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Joanne Kaiser
Former Rossburg resident Joanne M. Kaiser, 78, Greenville, died Sept. 13, 2009, at Wayne Hospital, Greenville.
She was born in Dayton to William and Lucille Martin White. On Oct. 7, 1950, she married Donald W. Kaiser, who survives.
Also surviving are children: Doug (Patricia) Kaiser, Rossburg, Sheila (Greg) Cox, Troy, Bruce (Jane) Kaiser, Scott (Jodi) Kaiser and Todd (Susan) Kaiser, all of Greenville; a brother, William (Cherry) White Jr., Garland, Maine; two sisters, Shirley (Nevin) Hiestand, Greenville, Charlene (Ralph) Obringer, Coldwater; 13 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. A daughter, Cheryl Kaiser is deceased.
A 1949 graduate of Ansonia High School, she had owned and operated the former Bittersweet Flower Shop in St. Henry. Later she worked as a nurse's aide at Wayne Hospital, Greenville. She was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church, Greenville, and a member of the Greenville Art Guild.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the church, the Rev. John White officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home, Greenville, where a prayer service will be held at 3:45 p.m.
The family requests memorial contributions be given to the Greenville Art Guild.
