* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1003 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Rex Worley
Rex A. Worley, 81, 401 Myers Road, Celina, died at 8:45 p.m. Sept. 15, 2009, at The Gardens of Celina.
He was born July 6, 1928, in West Milton to Charles Herbert and Clara Jane Gordon Worley.
Surviving are a brother, Richard Worley, Cape Canaveral, Fla..; and a sister, Barbara LaPrade, Tempe, Ariz.
He worked at the Mercer County Waterfowl Refuge and retired as an employee for the state of Ohio. He was a U.S. Army veteran serving in the Korean War and received the Purple Heart. He graduated from the former Milton-Union High School.
Memorial services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at The Gardens at Celina, the Rev. Rick Brosher officiating.
