* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

Hopewell Dairy on Tama Road near Rockford is in bankruptcy court following a lawsuit filed against it by AgStar Financial Services. AgStar is seeking foreclosure on the dairy, but dairy officials are working through an Ohio bankruptcy court in an attempt to reorganize the dairy's finances and keep it operating.
