* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

John Staugler
John William Staugler, 55, 565 E. Market St., Lot 2, Celina, died of natural causes at 1:35 a.m. Oct. 19, 2009, at his residence.
He was born July 13, 1954, in Coldwater to William H. and Carolyn R. Dorsten Staugler. His mother survives in Celina; his father is deceased.
Other survivors are two sons, John P. Staugler, Cincinnati, and Joe (Amanda) Staugler, Celina; a brother, Neal (Teresa) Staugler, Celina; and two grandchildren.
He was a former employee of the former New Idea Corporation, Coldwater.
There will be no public services. Burial is at Burge Cemetery, Montezuma.
