* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Debra Brown
Debra K. Brown, 55, 118 S. Wentz St., Wapakoneta, died at 10:20 a.m. Oct. 30, 2009, at her daughter's residence in St. Marys. Death was due to natural causes.
She was born Oct. 17, 1954, in Celina to B.J. and Barbara Byrley Bailey.
On March 15, 1983, she married Richard A. Brown, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Brock (Theresa "Mona") Bailey, Coldwater, and Rick (Tamera) Brown, New Bremen; three daughters, Brandy Bailey, Gerri (Hector) Lopez and Tia (Dan) Salisbury, all of St. Marys; three sisters, Brenda (Steve) Freymuth, Wapakoneta, Sheila (Gary) Clark, Celina, and Robin Grandstaff, Coldwater; a brother, Derwin (Billie Jo) Bailey, Wapakoneta; and 14 grandchildren.
Deceased are two sisters, Linda Miller and Betty Jo Comer; a brother, Darrell Dean Bailey; and six infant grandchildren.
She was a homemaker and worked for many years at Miller's Textile Services, Wapakoneta. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary, Wapakoneta, and was a 1973 graduate of Wapakoneta High School.
Services are 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, at Miller Funeral Home and Cremation Service, St. Marys. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
