Courtney Kemper of Minster hands over her treats during Monday's Halloween candy buy-back at the Minster Dental Center. Ninety-eight youngsters turned in nearly 200 pounds of candy and collected $1 per pound in the process. The candy will be used in conjunction with First United Methodist Church's Operation New Knoxille Cares. Chocolate products will be included in gift boxes for college students at exam time while all the rest is bound for American troops serving overseas.
