Ohio's mobile Disaster Operation Kitchen Response vehicle was parked at the Galleria in Celina on Monday. The vehicle is able to serve 400-500 people per meal in the event of a disaster and will respond wherever needed across the state. It contains a grill, a four-burner stove, sink system, a two-door freezer, two-door refrigerator, countertops, two warming pots, outside serving window and two outside coffee/liquid cambro dispensers.
