Donna Jean Whited, 71, 1636 Karen Drive, Lima, died at 11:42 a.m. Dec. 16, 2009, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.

She was born Feb. 8, 1938, in Sparta, Mich., to Fred and Eleanor Gritzmaker Harding. Her husband, John Whited, survives in Lima.

Other survivors are two daughters, Debra (Steve) Rohrbach, St. Marys, and JoAnne (Randy) Gaster, Lima; two sons, Mark Bloom, Colorado Springs, Colo., and Lewis (Kimberly) Chlebek, Antwerp, N.Y.; a brother, Gilbert (Hazel) Ross, Englewood, Fla.; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Deceased are a brother, Donald Blaine; and a sister, JoAnne Sims.

She was retired as assistant to the director of Elderly Nutrition Services, Lima, and a member of the Lima Baptist Temple.

Services are 1 p.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home and Cremation Service, St. Marys, the Rev. Dan Wigton officiating. Private family burial will be at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.

Calling is 3-7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
