Work on the first phase of the Buckeye Street project in Celina - the installation of new water and storm drainage lines - has begun and should last until April. The project is intended to reduce flooding in the area. The Ohio Department of Transportation in April will bid out and help finance the construction of sidewalks, curbs, gutters and pavement on Buckeye Street from Market Street to Myers Road.
