* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Audie Wilcutt
Audie M. Wilcutt, 83, 1609 E. Market St., Celina, died at 12:56 a.m. Dec. 22, 2009 in her daughter's home in Deland, Fla.
She was born Jan. 21, 1926, in Cullman, Ala., to Rudie and Vesta McCellan Johnson. On May 20, 1946, she married John Wilcutt, who died Aug. 30, 1997.
Surviving are three sons.Dusty (Judy) Wilcutt, Centerville, James Wilcutt, Celina, and Timothy Wilcutt, Deland; three daughters Darlyn (Dan) Davis, Kimberly (Douglas) Grow, all of Deland, and Marilyn (Dennis) Doseck, St. Marys; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter, Jane Wilcutt; and a sister, Lois Cooper.
A homemaker, she was a member of the First Baptist Church, Celina, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Paul Baglien officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
