Marcy Brown, back, offers words of encouragement to Beth Gehret, who is assuming her post as service and support administration director at Cheryl Ann Programs in Celina. Brown is retiring after 36 years and working for three superintendents - Dorothy Simons, Gary Mann and Mike Overman.
