* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM Friday to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Nathan Mullins adds raisins to form a smile on his reindeer made of bread and fruit. Celina Immaculate Conception preschool students made other easy snacks, such as ants on a log - celery sticks with peanut butter and raisins. Bella's Italian Grille in Celina brought in various foods on Tuesday morning to create a cooking day for the class.
