The Buckeye Street reconstruction and water line project in Celina is nearing completion after nearly 10 months of work. Celina Planning and Community Development Director Kent Bryan said paving is scheduled to begin Oct. 4 and will last a few days. The street will reopen the day after paving is finished. The project is a few days behind schedule. It originally was planned for completion by Oct. 1, Bryan said.
