* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

CELINA - Investigators believe the city's recent murder-suicide was planned and executed swiftly in the basement of the home the couple once shared.

Absentee ballots for thousands already cast in Mercer, Auglaize
Thousands of absentee ballots in Mercer and Auglaize counties have been cast, so Election Day for many was over before polls opened this morning.
