Ice hangs from tree branches along the shore of Grand Lake near Windy Point in Montezuma on Friday. Cold winds whipped through the area Friday, with temperatures dropping into the 20s, according to local weather forecaster Dennis Howick. Today's high is predicted at 35, with an overnight low of 21.
