Thomas Buschar
Thomas O. Buschar, 89, Coldwater, died Dec. 15, 2010, at Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
He was born April 27, 1921, in St. Henry to Mike and Elizabeth Buschar. On June 17, 1948, he married Wilma Hoyng, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Mary Beth (Nick) Franzer, Troy, and Barbara (Randy) Fortener, Dublin; a brother, Louis Buschar, St. Henry; two sisters-in-law, Verna Mary Buschar, St. Henry, and Varie Hoyng, Coldwater; and six grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Joseph Buschar; two brothers; and two sisters.
He was a member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus, the Holy Name Society and the American Legion, all of Coldwater. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was owner and operator of R.A. Hoyng Supply and worked at Ohio Plumbing and Electric in Celina.
Funeral Mass is 2:30 p.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Richard Walling officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Coldwater.
Calling is noon-2 p.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
