James Kleinhenz
James G. Kleinhenz, 82, St. Marys, died at 9:35 p.m. Jan. 28, 2011, in the emergency department of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
He was born Jan. 16, 1929, in St. Marys to Ray and Mabel Klosterman Kleinhenz. On July 16, 1949, he married Shirlee Clifford, who survives.
Also surviving are five children, Michael (Merrilee) Kleinhenz, St. Marys, Kay (Kim) Nagel, Union City, Tenn., Mark (Susan) Kleinhenz, St. Marys, Linda (Larry) Ahlers, Roswell, Ga., and Nan (Jon) Ricard, Springboro; a brother, Robert Kleinhenz, Celina; 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Ray Kleinhenz, Jr.
He was a 1947 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. He worked at the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in St. Marys. He was a member of Eagles Lodge 767 in St. Marys. He was a lifelong member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Tom Mannebach officiating. Burial is at Gethsemane Cemetery in St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home in St. Marys. A vigil service will be held at 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Friends of the Holy Rosary Church.
