* WHEN...From noon EDT today through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected today and tonight. Heavy rainfall is possible, especially tonight, which may result in flash flooding.

John Steen
John P. "Jack" Steen, 81, Celina, died at 3:45 a.m. Feb. 1, 2011, at Lima Memorial Hospital in Lima.
He was born Sept. 5, 1938, in Detroit, Mich., to Pleasent and Ida Belle Runkle Steen. His first wife, Wanita Ritchie, is deceased. On April 18, 1994, he married Janet Brasuhn, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Dennis (Lindy) Steen, Columbus, Steven (Ruby) Steen, Celina, and Johnathn (Carlene) Steen, Celina; six stepdaughters, Vickie (Larry) Pearce, Kansas, Sandy (David) Yahl, St. Marys, Betty (Terry) Terhark, Findlay, Betsy (Ron) Coelho, Lima, Donna (J.R.) Woods, Michigan, and Susan (Randy) Wicker, St. Marys; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Also deceased is a daughter, Dorothy Kaye Goins.
He was a veteran of World War II where he served in the U.S. Army. He was the owner of a used furniture and antiques retail store. He also worked at Goodyear. He was a member of Celina First Baptist. He also was a member of the Celina Moose, American Legion and a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, all of Celina.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. John Parris officiating. Burial with military rites is at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Military rites also will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
