Paul Gasson, 63, St. Marys, died 7:40 a.m. Feb. 7, 2011, at his home.

He was born March 17, 1947, in Mercer County, to Norbert and Lucille Dipmore Gasson. On June 17, 1967, he married Sue Ann Brincefield, who survives.

Also surviving are a daughter, Amy (James) Abbott, St. Marys; and two grandsons.

He was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School and attended the University of Toledo. He was a licensed boiler operator and was the owner of Gasson Locksmith Service. He retired from Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys, where he served in the maintenance department.

Funeral rites are 4 p.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys. Private family burial rites will be held at a later date.
