* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1253 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Tama and Neptune.

Ruth Shupp
Former New Knoxville resident Ruth E. Shupp, 96, died at 7:56 p.m. Feb. 24. 2011, at Auglaize Acres, Wapakoneta.
She was born Aug. 11, 1914, in New Bremen, to Clyde and Rose Stienecker Shellenberger. On Feb. 15, 1941, she married Harold T. Shupp, who died in July 1978.
Surviving is a daughter-in-law, Linda Shupp, New Knoxville; a sister-in-law, Millie Shellenberger, New Knoxville; seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sons, Dennis Shupp and A. Edward Shupp; three siblings, Leroy Shellenberger, Don Shellenberger and Angeline Schultz; and a great-grandson.
She was a homemaker and member of United Methodist Church, New Knoxville.
Services are 2 p.m. Monday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen, the Rev. Dennis Gaertner officiating. Burial is at Evangelical Protestant Cemetery, New Knoxville.
Calling is noon to 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
