At 954 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Newport, moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Montra, Newbern, New Jerusalem, Lockington, Ridgeway, Woodstock, Botkins, Mount Victory, Millerstown, Kiser Lake State Park, Hardin, Pemberton, Piqua, West Mansfield, East Liberty, St. Paris, Logansville, Belle Center, North Lewisburg, and Lakeview.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 77 and 106.

Phyllis J. Freewalt
Phyllis J. Freewalt, 65, Celina, died at 6:02 a.m. March 10, 2011, at the Gardens of Celina.
She was born May 27, 1945, in Celina to LeRoy and Bessie Sealscott Trisel. On Sept. 28, 1974, she married Edward L. Freewalt, who survives.
Also surviving is a sister, Carolyn (Leroy) Broeker, Coldwater; and a sister-in-law, Linda Lanzen, Sarasota, Fla.
She was a 1963 graduate of Celina High School and Wright State University with a degree in sales and marketing. She worked in management for 25 years at the former Huffy Bicycle Corporation. She helped operate the Chateau Manor and Edwards Manor Apartments for several years. She was an antique dealer and sales representative for both Heidelberg Distributors and Tastemore Snacks. She helped publish and distribute the "Home Preview" real estate magazine in a seven-county area. She also worked at Walmart in Celina. She was a member of the St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Celina.
Private funeral services and burial will be held.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at Miller -Long & Folk Funeral Home in St. Marys.
