A tanker truck is rolled upright with the help of a tow truck after it overturned on the entrance ramp to Interstate 75 from Bellefontaine Street in Wapakoneta on Wednesday. Traffic was backed up in the busy area for more than five hours following the 7:39 a.m. accident. The report from the Ohio State Highway Patrol said Andrew Burgoon, 25, of St. Johns, was traveling too fast on the ramp when he lost control of the vehicle. Burgoon was cited for failure to control. The truck, owned by Cartage Co. of Lima, sustained heavy damage.
