State workers Scott Hoening, front, Gary Hines and David Bertke, background, pull a rough fish net into a boat on Grand Lake this morning. The net did not have any fish this time because it got tangled on a dredge. Removing rough fish is part of an action plan to help clean up the lake. The state to date has removed an estimated 5 ton of fish.
