Northwesterly winds will be sustained between 20 to 25 MPH, with gusts up to 45 MPH possible this afternoon for areas along and north of I70. Sustained winds around 15 to 20 MPH with gusts up to 35 MPH area possible for areas south of I-70.
Gusty winds may blow around unsecured objects. Use extra caution while driving this afternoon, especially if driving a high profile.
Additionally, patchy frost is possible in low lying or sheltered areas late tonight into Wednesday morning. Take precautions now to cover sensitive vegetation.

Miss Ohio 2011 Ellen Bryan of Celina signs autographs Sunday night at Lakeshore Park after receiving a homecoming escort by Celina police and fire departments. Bryan will compete in the Miss America pageant in January.
