While most locations will have values in the negative single digits, some isolated temperatures and wind chills will be as low as 10 degrees below zero. Temperatures improve across western and southwest Ohio over the next few hours as clouds move in.

Harold Pulskamp
Harold H. Pulskamp, 89, Celina, died at 3:45 p.m. June 25, 2011, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born March 9, 1922, in Mercer County, to Wiro and Lela Orr Pulskamp. On June 29, 1944, he married Blanche Mills, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Frank (Linda) Pulskamp, Ostrander; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister, Mary Mackling.
A 1943 graduate of Celina High School, he retired from Mersman Furniture Company, Celina, in 1984.
Services are 3 p.m. Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Tom Christen officiating. Private family burial will be held at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 1-3 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Beaver Chapel, Celina.
