While most locations will have values in the negative single digits, some isolated temperatures and wind chills will be as low as 10 degrees below zero. Temperatures improve across western and southwest Ohio over the next few hours as clouds move in.

Brownie dons a flower-decked thinking cap as he and owner Tave Ridenour of Waynesfield visit youngsters at the Stallo Memorial Library in Minster on Monday afternoon. The 26-year-old miniature horse proved to be on his best behavior and even made sure everyone took home a bookmark promoting the importance of reading.
