Workers from Brumbaugh Construction of Arcanum continue reconstruction of Fourth Street in Minster on Monday. The street is closed to traffic. The project, which carries a $3.65 million price tag, will be completed over the course of two years. Plans call for the first phase - Cleveland to Hanover streets - to be completed in September. The final phase - Hanover to Garfield streets - will commence in 2012.
