Sub-zero temperatures and wind chill values are occurring this morning. While most locations will have values in the negative single digits, some isolated temperatures and wind chills will be as low as 10 degrees below zero. Temperatures improve across western and southwest Ohio over the next few hours as clouds move in.

Kermit Klosterman
Former Coldwater resident Kermit Kevin Klosterman, 57, Wheeling, W.Va., died July 2, 2011.
He was born Dec. 1, 1953, in Coldwater to Urban and Wilma Klosterman, who are deceased.
Surviving are two daughters, Natalie Klosterman and Elizabeth Klosterman, both of Wheeling; three brothers, Kenneth Klosterman, Kerry Klosterman and Kraig Klosterman, all of Coldwater; and a grandson.
He made his living training greyhounds.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Grisell Funeral Home, Moundsville, W.Va., is handling arrangements.
