Miss Lake Festival 2011 Jena Sweigart of Celina waves to the crowd at Celina Fieldhouse on Monday following an evening of competition. Sweigart was first runner-up in last year's pageant. The queen and her court will reign over the Celina Lake Festival this weekend.
