* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Timothy Siemer
Timothy L. Siemer, 45, St. Marys, died at 2:55 p.m. July 20, 2011, at The James Cancer Center, Columbus.
He was born July 29, 1965, in Lima, to Ned and Darlene Burnett Siemer. His mother survives in St. Marys. On March 18, 1993, he married Jammie S. Weiler, who survives.
Also surviving are his children, Nikki (Bryan) Neargarder, St. Marys, D.J. (Lindsey) Lindeman, St. Marys, Shana Foust, St. Marys, Timothy "T.J." Siemer, Lima; a sister, Melissa Koeper, St. Marys; a grandmother, Dorothy Burnett, Venedocia; mother-in-law, Betty Weiler, St. Marys; and five grandchildren.
He was a 1984 graduate of Memorial High School, St. Marys, and Tri-Star Adult Education program for welding. He was employed as a welder for Crown Equipment, New Bremen. Later he worked for Pantry Pride Market and J.T.'s restaurant, St. Marys.
Services are 1 p.m. Saturday at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Bill Drummond officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday and one hour prior to services Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Auglaize County Cancer Association.
