Police say 11-year-old was accidentally shot with handgun he was holding
FORT RECOVERY - Investigators continue to look into details of an early Thursday morning shooting that claimed the life of 11-year-old Michael L. Fisher III. He is the son of Michael and Melody Fisher of Fort Recovery.

Behind a solid pitching performance from Jonathan Weaver, the Lima Locos snagged its place in the Great Lakes Summer Collegiate League championship series with a 3-2 win over the Licking County Settlers on Friday night at Simmons Field in Lima.
St. Henry High School graduate and Bowling Green State University baseball player Nick Bruns completed a summer of baseball action with the Strasburg Express in the Valley Baseball League, a wood-bat collegiate league with 12 teams in the Shenedoah Valley of Virginia.
