* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected.
* WHERE...Delaware, Union, Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...From 5 AM early this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

First day

Coldwater Elementary School teacher Karen Rose reads "First Day Jitters" to her first-grade class today. Parkway students also began the school year today. Students in St. Henry, Marion Local and Fort Recovery begin classes Tuesday and those in Celina, St. Marys, Minster, New Bremen and Fort Recovery begin Wednesday.
