North Central Shelby County in west central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 1245 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1003 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. CELINA - Wright State University-Lake Campus enrollment continues to rise due to new programs and dorms, campus officials say.
Although numbers are not final, enrollment is up 3 to 4 percent over last year, Dean Bonnie Mathies said last week. Last year's fall enrollment was 1,490.
