* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 500 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1240 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, Wabash, Mendon, Montezuma, Tama and Neptune.

Volunteers Clyde McCune and Dan Williams on Saturday cut a piece of vinyl soffit to fix a mobile home skirt during the Walk the Talk event in Celina. More than 300 volunteers worked on various projects from construction to yard work for the third annual community service day. Painting and roofing projects were delayed due to the rainy weather.
