A Darke County man escaped injury when his 2000 Peterbuilt semitractor-trailer struck a car at the intersection of U.S. 30 and Convoy Road. The mishap occurred at 7:27 p.m. Oct. 7, according to information from the Van Wert post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
