Alfred Fuson
Former Celina resident Alfred Fuson, 70, Middlesboro, Ky., died Feb. 9, 2012, at Middlesboro A.R.H.
He was born March 1, 1941, in Bell County, Ky., to Luster and Maude Fuson. He married Mary E. Rhodes, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Anita Lynn (Steve) Spangler, Middlesboro, and Patty Lynn (Jeff) Snapp, Corbin, Ky.; 11 siblings, Lonnie (Gloria) Fuson, Frakes, Ky., Charles (Norma) Fuson, Celina, Earl (Geneva) Fuson, Frakes, Edward (Vonda) Fuson and Phillip (Thelma) Fuson, all of Siler, Ky., Jerry (Ruth) Fuson, Frakes, Ruby (Troy) Jones, Mendon, Mildred (Auldric) Fields, Romulas, Mich., Mabel (Oscar) Fields, Lavergue, Tenn., Janie (Tony) Spicer, Celina, Phyllis (Dave) Keagler, Lavergue; two granddaughters; and a step-grandson.
Deceased are two sisters, Ruth Fields and Kathleen Partin.
Service was held Feb. 12, 2012, at Cheona Baptist Church, Chenoa, Ky., the Revs. Roddie Leath and Truman Partin officiated. Burial was in Rhodes Cemetery, Whitley County, Ky.
Arrangements were handled by Shumate Funeral Home, Middlesboro, Ky.
