Celina West Elementary School technology teacher Betsy Crites on Friday shows Barb Faller's kindergarten class how to make cyber cupcakes through a program called Easy Bake Ultimate Oven. The students then used a computer mouse to draw a cupcake on individual computers. Crites said many students enter school not knowing how to use a mouse because parents are trading in desktops for smart phones and tablets.
