Pat Teixeira
Patricia S. Teixeira, 76, of Port Charlotte, Fla., formerly of Rockford, died at 3:05 p.m. March 17, 2012, at Tidewell Hospice Home in Port Charlotte.
She was born March 12, 1936, to Clarence "Buck" and Donna Francis ( Bennett ) Trisel. On June 3, 1978, she married Peter A. Teixeira, who survives in Port Charlotte.
Also surviving are four children, a daughter, Pam Kay Bowen, Mendon; three sons, Scott (Barb) Bowen, Rockford; Bruce (Darla) Bowen, Kendallville, Ind.; and Todd David Bowen, Bradenton, Fla.; a sister, Connie Trisel of Bradenton, Fla.; four grandchildren; and four great- grandchildren.
She was a homemaker and had worked as a beautician in the Rockford area before moving to Florida in 1977.
  Graveside services for friends and family are noon Thursday at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford, Pastor Mark Rutledge officiating. There will be a private viewing for family members only.
Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
