Wes Bonifas
Wes Bonifas, 28, South Dunkirk, Ind., died March 20, 2012, at his home.
He was born Feb. 18, 1984, in Portland, Ind., to Dan Bonifas and Melanie McIntire, who survive.
Also surviving are five siblings, Joe (Ashley) Bonifas, Portland, Cody (Amanda) Leach, Texas, Leah (Tyler) Shannon, Redkey, Ind., Michelle (Jeff) Matney, Portland, and Brandy Green, Berne, Ind.; grandparents, Phillip and Judy McIntire, Portland; stepmother, Gina Bonifas, Portland; stepfather, Scott Upp, Dunkirk; and relatives in Mercer County.
He was a 2003 graduate of Jay County High School and worked at Teledyne Portland Forge. He was a member of Collett Church of the Nazarene.
Services are 10 a.m. Friday at Baird-Freeman Funeral Home, Portland, the Revs. Ed Werrick and Billy Stanton officiating. Burial will follow in Bluff Point Cemetery.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Thursday and prior to service Friday at the funeral home.
