* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

The old tennis courts at Westview Park in Celina is now the site of a proposed skateboard park. Officials previously were looking at Mercelina Park as the site.
